Rittz and Twista are skilled rappers who specialize in a fast paced method of rap also known as 'chopper' style. This style of rap highlights an important aspect of poetry known as scansion, the act of determining the metrical character of a line of verse. In order to achieve this fast paced rapping, the emcee must be aware of the stressed and unstressed syllables within each line, a key element of scansion.
